The newest cruise port of Turkey will be constructed in Zeytinburnu district of Istanbul and will serve to cruise industry as a top quality homeport in the region. The port will have three piers with total length exceeding 1000 meters and will provide berth to the largest ships of today. The port will also include an attached marina basin serving to more than 500 boats.

We are providing consulting services to the Investor Renaissance Construction and Kochan JV, for planning and engineering of marine facilities. We carry out our services in close collaboration with some national and international consulting groups including Hamburg Port Consulting of Germany for ship navigation analysis and with Yuksel Proje of Turkey in detailed structural design.

The land area of the port will be formed partly by reclamation. Land-side faclities are not only limited with cruise port related functions but also numerous features will be present including a large conference center, shopping malls, residential buildings and business centers.
