Ece Marina is one of the major marina investments of recent years. Opened in May 2004, it offers more than  500 slips in peak summer periods with additional mooring capacity created outside the main breakwater.

Owing to its location inside the protected Fethiye Bay, it was possible to build the marina totally with floating breakwaters and piers. Floating type pontoons were considered "environment friendly" solutions for Fethiye as they do not block the natural water circulation and can be build without permanent construction.  

The floating breakwater of ECE Marina is 620 meters in length and protects the marina against short period northerly wind waves. Only 360 meters of the breakwater is made up of concrete type floating breakwater with deep draft to ensure all year long comfort to boats.  

In ECE Marina, electricity/water/telephone/TV and internet connection are supplied to each slip. The meters in the service boxes were installed with card readers to comply with the latest industry standarts. Depending on the size of the boats, the power is supplied to boats at various ratings between 16 A and 128 A.

5 Golden Anchors awarded ECE Marina will make major contributions to yacht tourism of Fethiye region which is already a major sailing destination along the Turkish coastline.
